1. I see what they can’t. Blind spots, hidden opportunities, new points of leverage. The founders I work with tell me just one insight alone paid for the entire engagement.
2. I unlock their true potential. Most high achievers are constrained by their identity. Their superpower is often also their Achilles’ heel. What got them to this point won’t get them to where they want to go.
3. I don’t do 10% better. Incremental growth is boring. I challenge their assumptions about what’s possible so they can move faster and further.
